My company, Yes.Consulting was borne out of starting, growing and selling holiday rental management companies in Torquay, Devon and the Italian lakes, and now helping companies across Europe and the USA. The industry has changed over the 20 years, with large US corporations dominating the marketing and booking space for individual home owners. Managers however have the advantage of scale, a full basket of tech and tricks but are also challenged by the new marketing forces at play. Owners often see less income that expected for many reasons and often decide to go it alone! This is not always easy and a hybrid partnership approach may be preferential. We can accommodate properties anywhere, but Torquay self catering was our founding location, but have clients far and wide!
